 Wood Iron contains a blend of oils and resins (or solids) formulated to penetrate the wood giving it long lasting protection.  In addition to the oils and resins, Wood Iron has two water repellants to keep water out of the wood.

     The pigments in Wood Iron are transparent oxides that accentuate the grain rather than cover it up while providing additional protection from the suns destructive ultra-violet rays.  A low toxicity mildew side helps to prevent the growth of fungus and mildew on the wood without poisoning the user and the environment.
